Do you go on a lot of walks, runs, and/or hikes in area where you receive poor GPS and/or Cellular signal?
You’re probably wondering if you’re still collecting Sweatcoins in the background, right?
Well, good news! You’re still collecting Sweatcoins!
HOWEVER! You must connect to WiFi or Cell Data once per day to receive your Sweatcoins.
That’s because Sweatcoin — at minimum — submits your Step Data once per day.
When you track 2,000 steps, it will automatically submit…
But if you track less than 2,000 steps, it will send at the end of the day — IF there is cellular data.
So that means, if you go hiking for a whole day and earn 15 Sweatcoins, you should connect to WiFi to submit the steps at the end of the day!
You can manually submit steps in the app by clicking “Force Send Steps”. This helps you get the most of your steps by ensuring every step has been tracked.
Sweatcoin team understands that not everyone can be connected to cell/wifi at all times, so they allow you to log steps in the background when you are offline.
